Job Description
  • Assist director on overall project development activities, strategy, planning in widely perspective
  • Assist director on project negotiation and partnership with external party including Government, Business Partner, Shareholder, Contractor, Consultant to achieve the purpose and ensure project development smoothly
  • Conduct the financial model and preliminary feasibility analysis on any new opportunity and current project development
  • Explore a market for merging and acquisition opportunity
Qualification
  • Master/Bachelor Degree in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, Economic, Finance
  • Preferred at least 2years of experienced in project finance, corporate finance, or related field
  • Enthusiasm, eager to learn more in the power business
  • Business mind and understandings on various fields
  • Good analytical, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Skill on MS Office application is preferred with particular in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English/Japanese communications
  • Good interpersonal skill and teamwork

Job Description

• Responsible to overall project performance during the operation phase and perform as a key contact person to-the customer, OM contractor, and government agencies.
• Monitor the operation of project portfolio via cloud-based platform
• Verify operation and maintenance activities with O&M contractor and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to related parties
• Promptly response and resolve any inquiry from related parties including customer, contractor and government agencies
• Perform on-site investigation and solving problems
• Communicate between parties (internal and external) and timely provide deliverables both technically and commercially
• Report monthly performance and related activities to relevant stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferred Electrical Engineering or related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum three years experience in project management, contract management, operations and maintenance of solar energy project, electrical system or related field.
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in documentation and computing software including Word, Excel, Outlook and cloud-based monitoring software (PVSyst and AutoCAD is preferred).
• Ability to work on tight schedule.
• Able to travel upcountry and aboard
• Willing to travel and obtain valid driver’s license

Job Description

• Ensure that the Company is always in compliance with accounting standard and in compliance to tax laws.
• Prepare financial statement and reports in a timely manner by monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Review balance sheet reconciliation.
• Review and control stock receiving and issuing.
• Preparing VAT & Withholding tax report to ensure that accurate within timely manner.
• Preparing corporate income tax to submit to the Revenue department.
• Coordinate with external auditor and Revenue Department.
• Handling any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting
• 2-3 years experience in accounting.
• Excellent in MS office, Excel and Word format.
• Able to identify problems, develop solutions and implement actions to resolve issues.
• Resilient and able to work under pressure & business dynamic.
• Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Sage 300 will be an advantage.
• Good command in English.

Job Description

• To prepare application for registration with the relevant government office and overseas law firms;
• To prepare the resolutions of Board of Director Meetings and Shareholder Meetings and all relevant corporate documents;
• To supporting corporate document for Due Diligence;
• To coordinate and handling on corporate matter to the related parties;
• To taking care of documents control, e-documents scanning, distribution and filing;
• Undertake projects and other assignments as requested by the Supervisor.

Qualification

Bachelor Degree in Faculty of Arts or related field
• Fluent in English : Writing, Reading and Speaking
• Good computer skill : Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem solving, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking, mature, positive attitude, hard working, and team oriented.
• Ability to work independently under pressure
