บริษัท อิมแพค อิเลคตรอนส์ สยาม จำกัด (IES) ก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2554 โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอุตสาหกรรมพลังงานหมุนเวียน จนถึงปัจจุบันทางบริษัทได้ดำเนินการด้านพลังงานหมุนเวียนมากกว่า 800 เมกะวัตต์ทั่วภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก เราประสบความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาโครงการโรงไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์สองโครงการในญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งทั้งสองโครงการมีการดำเนินงานที่มั่นคง โครงการแรกอยู่ที่เกาะโอซากิคามิจิมะ ฮิโรชิมา และโครงการที่สองอยู่ที่เมืองมูกาวะ ฮอกไกโด ขณะนี้ เรากำลังอยู่ระหว่างการพัฒนาโครงการพลังงานลม (Monsoon Wind Farm) ซึ่งเป็นฟาร์มกังหันลมขนาด 600 เมกาวัต ในจังหวัด เซกอง (Sekong) และ อัตตะปือ (Attapeu) ในประเทศลาว
