Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Attend to visitors’ needs and notify the appropriate person or department.
Maintain and coordinate the meeting room schedule and support arrangements for various meetings.
Prepare and update the company’s telephone directory to ensure accuracy.
Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (new graduates are welcome).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English; TOEIC certification is an advantage.
Experience as a receptionist is an advantage.
