Receptionist


Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

  • Attend to visitors’ needs and notify the appropriate person or department.

  • Maintain and coordinate the meeting room schedule and support arrangements for various meetings.

  • Prepare and update the company’s telephone directory to ensure accuracy.

  • Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (new graduates are welcome).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in English; TOEIC certification is an advantage.

  • Experience as a receptionist is an advantage.
